His work brings together over 15 years of leadership experience across the Indian Navy and the corporate sector with a deep interest in inner transformation and human growth.

The work behind the room
A former software developer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and an associate with Pegasus Academy, Vinay now creates experiential spaces that help individuals and teams rediscover themselves through play, reflection, and meaningful connection.
He has led teams in the Navy, built technology at JPMorgan, and held space for people in both villages and boardrooms. Across those spaces, one truth stands out: people often move fast without pausing to feel, reflect, and notice the unconscious patterns shaping how they show up. CoreXformer exists to create that pause.
