What we collect
Different forms collect different kinds of details.
We keep data collection practical and limited to what helps us understand the request, respond thoughtfully, or improve the quality of future sessions.
Privacy and trust
CoreXformer collects a small amount of information when someone sends an inquiry, applies to become a facilitator, or shares feedback after a session. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we try to handle it responsibly.
What we collect
We keep data collection practical and limited to what helps us understand the request, respond thoughtfully, or improve the quality of future sessions.
How we use it
Inquiry details help us understand your audience, objective, and context before we reply.
Application details help us assess how a person may best begin with CoreXformer.
Participant reflections help us refine products, facilitation, and future session design.
Reflections are never shown publicly unless the person explicitly allows a short line to be shared.
What we do not do casually
We do not ask for unnecessary contact details in the feedback form, and we do not publish personal reflections automatically. Internal access is limited to people managing inquiry review, facilitator onboarding, or session improvement.
Only the short feedback lines that a participant explicitly allows may appear publicly.
We review submissions with care and try to keep access limited to the people who genuinely need it.
If you want to ask how your information is being used, contact us through the request form and we will respond personally.
Need clarity first?
We would rather answer a question clearly than ask someone to submit information without confidence.
